Shipping & returns

Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped the following day after being placed. And will be delivered by PostNL normally within 2 days in the Netherlands.

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
Orders above €20,- in the EU will be shipped for free, honey.

We are able to ship worldwide, please reach out to us if you're interested.

My delivery has not arrived - what can I do?
If your Blitsbee package hasn't arrived, just give us a buzz on info@blitsbee.com and we'll track it down for you. 

Return & exchange policy 
Want to return your designs? No worries. It's possible to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please send an email to info@blitsbee.com with the reason for your return. We hope you understand that we can't cover return costs. Returns will be at your own expense. 

Only unopend and undamaged products can be returned. We will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete or damaged. 

Blitsbee has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.

Here's how returning works 
Step 1
: Register your return by sending us an e-mail stating your name and order number in the e-mail title. You always need to request your return, otherwise we can’t give you your money back.
Step 2: Print your return label and stick it on a suitable envelope. Drop off your return at any post office near you. Note: this label is not a pre-paid label, which means these forwarding-charges will be for your own account. For more information or questions, send us an e-mail and we’ll be happy to help.
